Real Estate Paralegal

Our client, a leading law firm downtown, representing clients in a diverse range of industries, seeks a 5 plus years commercial real estate paralegal. The successful candidate will have significant experience with title & survey review, due diligence review, experience with loan closings, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation, and project management. Ideal candidates for this position will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender or other related entity. Qualifications include excellent writing skills, great attention to detail and the desire to succeed in an outstanding practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must. The firm offers excellent pay, benefits and a great place to work. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in commercial real estate.

• Strong knowledge of real estate law, including title reviews and acquisitions.

• Proficiency in drafting and managing real estate contracts and transactional documents.

• Ability to conduct detailed research and provide legal summaries.

• Excellent organizational skills for handling corporate files and documentation.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with closing procedures for real estate transactions.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment and meet deadlines.
