    Description

    About the Role:

    We’re proactively sourcing IT Support Specialists for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles. These positions support enterprise IT environments with system access requests, user administration, and software support.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide Tier 1–2 support for internal users

    + Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies

    + Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, VPN, and printer issues

    + Support ticket tracking and documentation

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of IT support experience

    + Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 admin tools

    + Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
