• Human Resources (HR) Manager

    Robert Half Office Team (Charlotte, NC)


    Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering employee success. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR functions, addressing employee relations, and supporting recruitment efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Address and resolve disciplinary actions promptly and effectively.

    • Actively engage with employees on-site to foster a positive and productive work environment.

    • Support the recruitment and interview process to attract top talent.

    • Streamline onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.

    • Collaborate with management to reduce employee turnover and improve retention.

    • Assist in preparing and extending job offers to candidates.

    • Partner with the benefits team to provide employees with accurate information regarding benefit programs.

    • Monitor and update HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records. Requirements • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong background in employee relations.

    • Solid understanding of HR operations, including onboarding and recruitment.

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee data.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in handling disciplinary actions and improving employee retention.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and management.

    • Knowledge of benefits administration and related processes.

    • Ability to work on-site and engage directly with employees.
