    Description

    Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Greeley in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $80,000-$110,000!

    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

    + Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

    + Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support organizational decision-making.

    + Oversee the budgeting process, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    + Manage in-house payroll processing for approximately 20 employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    + Handle inventory accounting processes, including tracking and reconciliation for quick inventory turnover.

    + Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including reconciliations and collections.

    + Ensure compliance with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and annual benefits pricing.

    + Monitor and address outstanding collections, ensuring minimal past-due balances.

    + Support audits by preparing detailed general ledger documentation and account reconciliations.

    Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

    + 7+ years of full-cycle accounting

    + Construction accounting experience

    + QuickBooks experience is nice to have
