Description

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare property management sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations across a growing national portfolio. This is an onsite, interim opportunity based in Brentwood, TN — ideal for a strategic procurement professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee all aspects of procurement operations for construction, facilities, and property-related goods and services.

+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supplier reliability.

+ Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.

+ Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Real Estate teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.

+ Optimize procurement policies, procedures, and reporting systems to support scalability and compliance.

+ Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the supply chain.

+ Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company standards, ethical practices, and healthcare property regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPSM, CPM) preferred.

+ 8+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

+ Proven success managing procurement in real estate, construction, or property management.

+ Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

+ Hands-on, adaptable leader able to thrive in an evolving, high-accountability environment.

+ Advanced Excel and ERP/procurement system skills (SAP, Coupa, or similar).
