    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls. The role involves working in one of four areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements. Each position offers unique responsibilities, and training is provided to support growth across different sub-assemblies.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble windows or door walls by measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.

    + Lift and move materials weighing between 10-50+ lbs repetitively.

    + Punch holes and strip materials as needed.

    + Utilize hand tools and place flexible glass on frames.

    + Operate machinery, saws, or welding equipment when required.

    + Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, and bending.

    + Stock and clean workspaces and general areas.

    + Fulfill other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and provide examples of similar past experiences.

    + Familiarity with hand tools, including the ability to hold and use tools such as a hammer.

    + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide examples of meeting quotas.

    + Ability to stand for the entire duration of an 8-hour shift with examples of similar experiences.

    + Flexibility to bend, twist, and squat during shifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read a tape measure is a nice-to-have skill.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is inside with temperature fluctuations reflecting seasonal changes. It is similar to a garage, with large doors and fans to manage heat. The break room is air-conditioned, and coolers of Gatorade are provided during hot conditions. The noise level is moderate, and the building is well-lit. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
