Overview:

A leading steel fabrication facility is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join its production team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to precision, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and monitor CNC machines, press brakes, shears, and other metal fabrication equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

+ Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues

+ Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating industrial machinery (preferably in metal fabrication)

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Basic math and measurement skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr.
