Job Title: Rollform Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Rollform Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll forming machines. The role involves processing large coils of metal into various shapes and sizes to produce car frames and bumpers. The operator must ensure the production of quality parts while adhering to safety protocols and production standards. Troubleshooting as needed is also a key part of the job. Overtime on weekends is common.
Responsibilities
+ Set up, operate, and maintain roll forming machines.
+ Process large coils of metal into different shapes and sizes for car frames and bumpers.
+ Ensure production of high-quality parts while adhering to safety protocols.
+ Troubleshoot machine issues as necessary.
Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Basic computer skills
+ Experience in machine operation
+ Ability to repeatedly lift 30-50 lbs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
+ Willingness to work in a hot environment and wear required PPE at all times

Work Environment
This position is based in a large, clean manufacturing facility. While it can get hot during the summer, the environment is comfortable during fall and winter. The facility consists of six different plants located within a mile radius of each other. The role requires working on the third shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Haven, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
