**Pay:** $83,200 – $114,400 annually + uncapped performance-based incentives

Job Description:

Join a fast-growing residential and light commercial electrical company that’s redefining service in the West Metro. We’re looking for a Minnesota Licensed Journeyman Electrician who wants more than just a job — someone who’s ready to help shape a new shop’s culture and grow into leadership.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of residential and light commercial electrical projects — from troubleshooting to panel upgrades.

Install and maintain electrical systems with precision and care.

Diagnose issues, assess repairs, and ensure safe, code-compliant solutions.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs.

Deliver honest, expert service that earns customer trust.

Represent the company with professionalism — you’re the face of the brand.

Work safely, efficiently, and with craftsmanship that stands out.

Job Requirements:

Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (JM Card required)

2+ years residential service experience (light commercial a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using iPads and digital dispatch tools

Pay

$83,200 – $114,400 annually

Uncapped performance-based incentives tied to customer satisfaction, productivity, and safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $114400.00/yr.
