Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and looking to bring their skills to the next level. You will be assigned a trainer who will ensure you are learning the different processes of our manufacturing process and provide check-ins to ensure you are catching along.

Responsibilities

+ Perform consistent inspections throughout the day.

+ Enter data into a computer accurately.

+ Ensure the production line is running smoothly.

+ Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers.

+ Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by organizing products and sweeping.

+ Relieve colleagues during their break times.

Essential Skills

+ Good job tenure and stable work history.

+ Ambition and willingness to learn.

+ Interest in working within a manufacturing environment.

+ Understanding of how to read a ruler and perform basic math.

+ Ability to complete a ruler test.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in a fast-paced setting.

+ Experience using micrometers and calipers.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is very well lit, clean, and organized. The current openings are for the overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, operating on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule. This results in working only half the year, with schedules rotating between 36 and 48-hour work weeks. Employees receive two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch during the 12-hour shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
