Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team at our Red Oak, TX location for an exciting three-month project. This unique opportunity involves working on the installation, integration, and start-up of Prefab modular data centers. This role requires industrial or commercial experience, as residential experience is not applicable.
Responsibilities
+ Install, repair, and maintain the electrical components of industrial equipment.
+ Work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned projects.
+ Follow safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes.
+ Interpret technical documents accurately for task execution.
+ Conduct quality assurance measures and inspections.
+ Manage administrative processes, including torque sheets and tool inventory.
+ Promote and lead a 'Safety First' culture by adhering to safety policies and conducting audits.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Associate degree or trade school certification in a related field.
+ Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program or journeyman experience.
+ Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
+ Industrial electrical experience preferred; commercial experience accepted.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics and other technical documents.
+ Ability to bend conduit and install large cables.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on ladders.
+ Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods.
+ OSHA10 and/or OSHA30 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with conduit, wiring, sensor installation, and blueprint reading.
+ Journeyman Electrician License.
+ Proficiency in electronics and schematic reading.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Red Oak, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
