Job Description

Join an exciting project-based opportunity in Boyertown, PA, working on a senior living facility. This role involves transitioning through various phases, starting with the underground phase and moving on to rough-in and finished stages.

Responsibilities

+ Perform plumbing tasks in commercial and multi-apartment settings.

+ Handle underground, rough-in, and finished plumbing work.

+ Install PEX and CPVC piping efficiently.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation.

+ Demonstrate leadership skills while working independently or with a team.

+ Adhere to safety regulations at all times.

+ Utilize personal hand and power tools, along with personal protective equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in plumbing, construction, and commercial plumbing projects.

+ Proficiency in working with PEX, PVC, and cast iron materials.

+ Ability to work on new construction sites and understand plumbing phases such as underground, rough-in, and finished.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in commercial construction and multi-apartment plumbing is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
