    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Installer to assist with the field installation of metal structures and components. The ideal candidate will perform tasks with safety, professionalism, and accuracy. This role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work with a team on various field installations.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the field installation of metal structures and components.

    + Execute all work with safety and professionalism, including interaction with others.

    + Perform accurate measurements within tight tolerances.

    + Ensure dependable attendance and possess hand-tools for use in general field installations.

    + Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly.

    + Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

    + Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all aspects of work and communication.

    + Travel for out-of-town assignments with provided per-diems and travel accommodations.

    + Collaborate effectively with others as part of a team.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of construction or field installation experience.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    + Comfortable working at heights.

    + Ability to work outdoors.

    + Strong desire for growth and learning.

    + Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

    + Experience as a sign installer, installer, electrician, or skilled laborer.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Desire to learn steel, electrical, and advanced construction.

    + Experience in construction.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    Work Environment

    + This position primarily involves working in the field, with tasks performed outdoors. Employees will handle various tools and equipment, requiring adherence to safety protocols at all times.

    Job Type & Location

    + This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Cajon, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
