Job Title: Repair and Overhaul Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Repair and Overhaul Technician, where you will work the 2nd shift with the flexibility to train on either the 1st or 2nd shift. You will perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles, ensuring compliance with FAA-approved technical data and manufacturers' instructions. As an Inspector, you will conduct thorough inspections, including preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections, adhering to industry standards.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with FAA-approved technical data.
+ Conduct preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections on aviation articles.
+ Utilize assembly tools, equipment, and mechanical and visual aids applicable to the scope of work.
+ Apply and handle sealants and adhesives as required.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
+ Participate in the FAA Drug and Alcohol Program.
Essential Skills
+ Electro-mechanical skills
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
+ Experience in repair, inspection, assembly, and troubleshooting
+ Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
+ Ability to interpret schematics
+ Preventive maintenance skills
+ Mechanical assembly experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with service and diagnosis in a cleanroom environment
+ Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
