Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Santa Rosa, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our systems meet performance standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and calibrate electronic and mechanical systems for testing

+ Perform functional and diagnostic testing on assemblies and final systems

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in circuits, components, and instruments

+ Develop and interpret test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams

+ Conduct rework and repairs based on test results

+ Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions

+ Assist in selecting and configuring specialized test equipment

Qualifications:

+ Technical diploma or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or related field

+ Hands-on experience with electronic testing and troubleshooting

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Familiarity with test equipment and diagnostic tools

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
