Job Title: Roofing Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Roofing Foreman who will supervise labor time while also engaging in hands-on tasks. The projects include installations and service at both commercial and residential locations. This role requires reading blueprints and designs to lead installations effectively, working in varying weather conditions, and ensuring the team follows proper safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise labor time and engage in hands-on roofing tasks.

+ Lead installation projects at commercial and residential locations.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and designs.

+ Ensure the team follows proper safety and PPE requirements.

+ Work effectively in varying weather conditions.

Essential Skills

+ Five years of roofing experience.

+ Knowledge of Built Up Roofing, PBC, EPDM, TPO roofing, Torch modified & Single-Ply Roofing.

+ Good mathematical, reading, and time management skills.

+ Flawless attendance record.

+ Basic computer knowledge and skills.

+ Ability to read blueprints and manufacturer specifications.

+ Complete understanding of OSHA requirements.

+ Ownership of basic roofing tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Journeyman level experience prior to becoming a foreman.

+ Experience in both commercial and residential roofing.

+ Proficiency in construction, blueprint reading, troubleshooting, installation, carpentry, repair, and general labor.

+ Experience using power tools, mechanical tools, and hand tools.
