**Job Title:** General Laborer

**Pay:** $22–$26/hour + Daily Per Diem + Company-Provided Lodging

**Travel Opportunities Across Colorado:** Telluride, Aspen, Crested Butte, Vail & More

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Technicians to support commercial construction projects throughout Colorado. This hands-on role involves assisting with structural work, concrete tasks, and general site operations. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors, enjoy travel, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform concrete and structural repairs on commercial job sites

+ Assist with formwork setup, concrete pouring and finishing, and rebar installation

+ Support carpenters, framers, and other trades as needed

+ Operate tools and equipment including jackhammers and demolition gear

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Transport and stage materials efficiently

Travel & Compensation Details

+ **Hourly Wage:** $22–$26 based on experience

+ **Daily Per Diem:** $45/day for non-resort locations

+ $50/day for resort locations

+ **Lodging:** Provided by the company for projects located 70+ miles from our shop

+ **Travel Assignments:** Typically up to three weeks, with opportunities to work in scenic and high-profile locations across Colorado

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
