Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Production Associates to join our team across various shifts, including 1st Shift, A Shift, C Shift, D Shift, and 2nd Shift. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude, as training will be provided. We welcome candidates from electronic manufacturing backgrounds, as well as those from retail, fast food, and other manufacturing fields.
Responsibilities
+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
+ Work on assignments that are routine in nature, adhering to detailed instructions.
+ Use basic computer skills to navigate company programs, document in Excel, and utilize Outlook.
+ Lift and assemble parts, ensuring quality and meeting production metrics.
+ Operate within established policies and procedures, seeking approval for any deviations.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in assembly, soldering, and mechanical production.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills.
+ Great attitude and willingness to be flexible.
+ Desire to progress and build a career within the organization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
+ One or more years of related experience is preferred.
+ Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Work Environment
Work in a light industrial/general assembly environment with the option to sit or stand during a 10-hour shift, although standing will be required. The setting includes suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Shifts vary, with opportunities for overtime. Employees are expected to lift no more than 10-15 lbs and work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
