• Journeyman Roofer

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof types. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This is a union shop.

     

    -Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including waterproofing, asphalt shingles, metal, tile, slate, and flat roofs.

     

    -Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures.

     

    -Safely operate hand and power tools such as roofing nailers, cutters, and heat welders.

     

    -Measure and cut roofing materials to fit angles and corners.

     

    -Apply waterproofing materials and sealants to ensure roof integrity.

     

    -Work at heights and on steep slopes while adhering to safety protocols.

     

    -Collaborate with apprentices and other crew members to complete projects efficiently.

     

    -Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

     

    -Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and issues.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $92580.00 - $92580.00/yr.

     

    Union benefits package, must be comfortable joining the union.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Beaverton,OR.
