    Tool Room Technician

     

    $20/hr | 2nd shift | M-F

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling injection molding machines. A mechanically inclined individual with experience in the maintenance field will excel in this position. You must have your own set of tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and disassemble injection molding machines.

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand and power tools.

    + Operate machinery and handle plastic injection mold tasks.

    + Conduct repairs involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and high voltage (480V) systems.

    + Use personal hand tools for various repair and maintenance tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Experience with machine operation and injection molding.

    + Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work in high-temperature environments and lift up to 75+ pounds.

    + Possession of personal hand tools is required.

    Work Environment

     

    This is a non-climate-controlled environment with potential temperatures reaching up to 120 degrees in the summer. The facility contains a mix of older equipment and newer automated machinery, with a dynamic and busy atmosphere. Shift is 2nd shift from 3pm-1:30am, M-F.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
