    Job Title: Picker and Packer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and energetic Picker and Packer responsible for efficiently moving products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts. This role involves organizing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

    Responsibilities

    + Move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.

    + Track materials within the warehouse, including tagging, inventory, and documenting weight and dimensions.

    + Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.

    + Sort and segregate all distributions accurately.

    + Operate warehouse equipment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.

    + Load and unload freight from trucks, vans, and other vehicles, ensuring paperwork matches the load.

    + Quality check products for potential damage.

    + Document and update disposal data for dumpster use.

    + Pick and pack materials/freight in a timely and orderly manner.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in picking and packing.

    + General labor and forklift operation skills.

    + Proficiency in picking and pulling inventory.

    + Experience with RF scanners, shipping, and receiving.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive work.

    + Proficiency in reading and writing in Excel.

    + Capability to lift over 50 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    Work Environment

     

    The work shift starts on the first day from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm and follows a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
