Job Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the performance, quality and reliability of the HVAC&R systems.

+ Will oversee mechanics, technicians, contractors and consultants to monitor performance and quality.

+ Manage the repair and maintenance of centralized chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, package type AC units, walk in freezers, HHQ boilers, humidifiers/dehumidifiers and exhaust system in the main hospital campus.

+ Manage HVAC&R Engineering Team Manage the operation and upkeep of the Building Management System.

+ Prepares operational and capital budget.

+ Trains mechanics and technicians in the field of electrical and DDC controls, pneumatic controls and HVAC & Refrigeration Systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

+ EPA Certification required.

+ 5 years + of HVAC Journeyman or equivalent.

+ Highly proficient in Building Management Systems such as Siemens, Alerton and Johnson Controls maintenance and repair of boilers, chillers, refrigerators.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
