Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
Perform residential plumbing work, including installations, diagnostics, and repairs. Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for all plumbing operations. Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures, service standards, and workflows for the new department. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to future plumbing team members as the department grows. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations. Maintain high standards for job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of additional plumbing staff as needed. Ensure proper licensing, permitting, and adherence to local plumbing codes. Be willing and able to sell additional plumbing services to customers.
Responsibilities

+ Upsell additional plumbing services to customers.
Essential Skills
+ Plumbing expertise with 70% residential focus.
+ Minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
+ Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards.
+ Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Valid and current California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license is a bonus.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
+ Willingness to be in the field daily and lead by example.

Work Environment
Work on projects throughout the Bay Area with a company vehicle provided upon onboarding, requiring a clean MVR with no more than two points. Meet at the Dublin location before starting the route. Operate mainly in residential environments, with some commercial work, but not new construction. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for project needs, including potential weekend work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $104000.00/yr.
full benefits and commision on all jobs sold.

This is a fully onsite position in San Ramon,CA.
