    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team across all shifts and multiple departments. This position offers significant room for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits starting on the first day.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate effectively with team members to lift products, ensuring no single lift exceeds 40 pounds.

    + Remain on your feet throughout the entire shift, performing consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

    + Read a tape measure accurately, use tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

    + Assist operators in checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

    + Work from bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions to assemble products.

    + Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.

    + Lay out the final product and perform final assembly.

    + Perform inspections on products to ensure quality.

    + Utilize hand tools and work from blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.

    + Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety regulations.

    + Meet daily production goals and understand the expected workload.

    Essential Skills

    + One year of machine operating experience.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

    + Competence in following verbal and written instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Trade school experience.

    + Automotive or assembly experience.

    + Blueprint reading skills.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, organized production floor that is clean and well-lit. Shift hours vary by department, with opportunities available in both IMC and Roto Assembly. The facility emphasizes safety and cleanliness, providing a conducive atmosphere for productivity.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
