    Job Description

    Join our team as a Machine Operator where you'll be at the forefront of operating and inspecting machines in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role requires you to process jobs with precision, set up materials on machines, and inspect finished goods for quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and inspect machines, ensuring timely and accurate processing of jobs.

    + Assist in setting up materials on machines, utilizing hoists where necessary.

    + Inspect finished goods and report any defect materials.

    + Perform changeovers for new materials and ensure accurate cutting to size.

    + Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions diligently.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing facility.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

    + Forklift operating skills.

    + Proficient in using hand tools, completing changeovers, and conducting quality inspections.

    + Mechanically inclined with the ability to handle slitter and printing tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Previous forklift experience is valuable; certification will be provided.

    + Experience with ERP systems for data input at the workstation.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, well-lit, and organized facility that is not temperature-controlled but is comfortable year-round. The building has four production lines with three to four team members per line. The company values safety, offers forklift and hoist training, and maintains a culture of understanding and employee focus.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
