    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Type:** Contract to Hire

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00am – 2:30pm ($21/hr)

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($21.50/hr)

    + **3rd Shift:** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($22/hr)

    **Pay Range:** $21 – $22.00/hr depending on shift

    Position Overview:

    Join a dynamic manufacturing team dedicated to producing critical components for the energy industry. As a Machine Operator, you’ll gain hands-on experience operating machinery, performing quality checks, and packaging products in a clean, safety-first environment.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate up to two production machines simultaneously

    + Load materials and conduct routine quality inspections

    + Perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed

    + Package and label finished goods for shipment

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 6 months of experience in machine operation

    + Comfortable standing in one place for extended periods

    + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    + Must have reliable transportation

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
