Your Role

+ Supervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installations

+ Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones

+ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

+ Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans

+ Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to keep projects on track

+ Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders

What You

Bring

+ 5+ years of solar construction experience, with 3+ years in a superintendent role

+ Proven success managing **commercial or utility-scale** solar projects

+ Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices

+ OSHA 30 certification preferred

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
