Job Title: Machine Operator

Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable and motivated **Machine Operator** to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience with machinery and equipment, and the opportunity to contribute across multiple departments. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and ready to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.

+ Load and unload materials and products to support machine processes.

+ Assist with machine setup and adjustments as needed.

+ Support sanding operations and operate a Kobot for surface finishing.

+ Perform general production tasks including assembly, packaging, and material handling.

+ Participate in shipping and receiving activities, including labeling, staging, and inventory tracking.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

+ Skilled in forklift operation and material handling.

+ Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems.

+ Ability to lift heavy items and remain active on your feet for extended periods (10+ hours).

+ Comfortable with repetitive movements including lifting, bending, and twisting.

Work Environment

+ Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.

+ Requires physical stamina and the ability to work safely around machinery.

+ Team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
