Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team, specializing in new construction multi-family builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new multi-family residential buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and local building codes to ensure safe and efficient installations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform rough-in electrical work on new residential homes from the ground up

+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute rough-in and finish work, including installing fixtures and receptacles

+ Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment

+ Troubleshoot electrical issues in a variety of work areas

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new multi-family residential buildings

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician

+ Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Strong understanding of electrical systems and components

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Valid electrician's license and any other required certifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred

+ Experience with high voltage and low voltage systems

+ Familiarity with various types of electrical materials and tools, including conduits, circuit breakers, and testing devices

+ Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that require physical exertion

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
