    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Production Technician specializing in Weather Modification Products in Kindred, ND. This role offers a dynamic work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Join a small, tight-knit team of 18 in a clean, climate-controlled shop located just 20 minutes from Fargo. Enjoy a laid-back work environment with a 4-day workweek, and Fridays off except for occasional half-days.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a hydraulic press to compact powder-filled casings into finished products.

    + Collaborate with teammates who weigh and funnel powder into casings.

    + Support the transition of pressed products to the assembly floor for fuse installation.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic production experience is a plus.

    + Reliability and punctuality, especially given the commute from Fargo.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work as part of a team in a relaxed but focused environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kindred, North Dakota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
