    Job Title: Energy Marshal

    Job Description

    An Energy Marshal plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and compliant handling of energy systems during construction and commissioning, especially in complex environments like data centers.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and enforce electrical safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations such as NFPA 70E and OSHA.

    + Review documentation, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance on energy isolation procedures.

    + Coordinate energization and de-energization activities with various stakeholders.

    + Participate in high-risk activity planning meetings related to energy isolation.

    + Maintain and update relevant documentation such as single-line drawings.

    Essential Skills

    + Construction and electrical skills.

    + More than 10 years of electrical contracting experience.

    + Quality minded approach.

    The role is based in a construction environment, focusing on managing energy systems in complex settings such as data centers.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
