    About the Role

     

    Reflection Salon is a fast-growing, clean beauty salon in Fergus Falls looking for a proactive, highly organized individual to serve as a Personal and Executive Assistant to Erin, the salon owner. This hybrid role is crucial to Reflection Salon’s commitment to empower and serve our guests at our greatest capacity.     Executive Salon Support

    We believe that rhythm and flow must exist for our salon to function well. Therefore, we prioritize personal development as the foundation to the continuation of professional development. The role of the Assistant will seamlessly flow between client interaction, administrative tasks, co-creating mission-driven outcomes, scheduling and posting social media content, and playful creativity in retail displays and inventory management. Our staff lovingly cares for the salon, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment through which to serve our valued guests.

    Personal Erin Support

    We are who we are, wherever we are at. The same level of excellence we bring to the salon, we exude outside of the salon. In this position, the team member will assist in supporting Erin in personal, professional, and sometimes pet related assignments.
