    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

     

    Construction Manager for a temporary assignment at a data center in Rosemount, Minnesota. This role is integral to supporting our ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including general constructors and trade partners.

    + Review and manage financials related to construction projects.

    + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    + Oversee change management processes and vendor management.

    + Ensure the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, including client-facing experience.

    + Proficiency in project management, construction, and construction management.

    + Experience in commercial construction, particularly in mission-critical or data center environments.

    + Knowledge of RFI processes, vendor management, and change management.

    + Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and MEP engineering.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
