Registered Nurse – Join a Mission-Driven Medical Team in New Haven County!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Early Fridays at 2:00 PM!)

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as both a Medical Review Nurse and Triage Specialist, helping patients navigate their care journey with confidence and clarity:

+ Review and audit lab data to ensure accuracy and completeness

+ Provide follow-up steps and communicate results to patients via phone or electronic chart systems

+ Support providers by delivering results while they handle diagnoses

+ Perform advanced telephone triage and participate in research activities

+ Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals

+ Maintain accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance

+ Help onboard and train new clinical staff

+ Monitor supply levels and ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring

+ Active RN License

+ Experience in patient care and triage

+ Proficiency in Epic EHR system

+ 1+ years of RN experience in a medical office

+ Bonus: Experience in dermatology and a BSN degree

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
