Job Responsibilities

+ Prepare Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.

+ Adapt to the details of different project types including programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, and construction documentation.

+ Manage bidding and permitting processes.

+ Participate in construction administration and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

+ Accredited degree in Architecture.

+ 6-10 years of experience in the field.

+ Proficiency in Revit.

+ Diverse portfolio that highlights multi-family projects.

+ Experience in construction administration phase.

+ Ability to produce construction documents.

+ Strong design development and schematic design skills.

+ Must be actively pursuing licensure or be a licensed architect.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
