Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Talent Development Specialist in Anaheim, CA!**
Pay rate: $ 22.01/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
+ Focusing on designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance within the organization
+ Responsible for assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and facilitating workshops
+ Creating learning programs to help employees get better at their jobs
Education/Certification Requirements:
+ Bachelors degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related field
Experience requirements:
+ **2+ years of relevant work experience**
+ **Must have Talent Development experience**
+ Ability to design and implement training programs
+ Strong facilitation skills for workshops
+ Proficient in assessing training needs
+ Knowledge of learning management systems preferred
+ Experience in corporate settings preferred

**Pay Details:** $22.01 per hour
