**Adecco** is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Operations Specialist** to join a Funds Trade Support team. As an **Operations Specialist** , you’ll be an essential part of the trade lifecycle, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of mutual fund transactions. You'll collaborate with various partners, including Portfolio Managers and external Fund Families, in a fast-paced environment.

+ **Pay Rate** : $ 23.44/hr

+ **Location:** Hybrid in Pennington, NJ

+ **Shift** : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

+ **Type:** Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

+ Handle trade corrections and process manual trade exceptions and other financial transactions in support of Mutual Fund Trading, including offshore funds.

+ Validate key control reports to maintain accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

+ Perform Quality Assurance on transactions to mitigate risk and errors.

+ Collaborate with various internal and external business partners, including Fund Families, Portfolio Managers, Trading desks, and Transfer Agents.

+ Communicate complex trade information effectively to external parties.

+ Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the trade support operation.

Qualifications:

+ Must have ability to communicate Trade information to external parties.

+ 3+ years of experience in an operations or finance role.

+ Demonstrated ability to process manual trade instructions.

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple functions under tight deadlines.

+ Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for internal and external collaboration.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Time management skills essential for managing daily workflows and deadlines.

**Pay Details:** $23.44 per hour
