Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Recruiter Operations Specialist positions located in Minneapolis, MN 55401
Job Title: Recruiter Operations Specialist
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Rate: $26/HR.
• The Provider Services Staffing Coordinator will manage the weekend/holiday supplemental staffing process, including backing up weekday staffing.
• Incumbent will provide weekly/monthly/yearly reporting for per diem and regular physicians.
• Incumbent must be able to independently determine and apply probable solutions to issues and challenges affecting the provider supplemental staff.
• Must be able to be on-call and carry a cell phone 24/7/365.
• Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of physician leadership.
• Must possess and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle provider issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to adhere to professional standards and confidentiality.

**Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
