+ **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update accurate financial records, including expenses, income, and payments.
+ **Data Entry:** Perform data entry to update financial information in the company's accounting system.
+ **Invoicing and Receivables:** Prepare and process customer invoices, track payments, and update the sales ledger.
+ **Accounts Payable:** Assist in processing vendor invoices, monitoring vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments.
+ **Account Reconciliation:** Help reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
+ **Payroll Support:** Assist with payroll processing, including preparing and distributing employee checks.
+ **Filing and Organization:** Maintain organized financial filing systems and other administrative tasks.
+ **Support & Communication:** Provide support to the accounting manager and other team members, and communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ **Attention to Detail:** Crucial for accurate record-keeping and error identification.
+ **Organizational Skills:** Necessary for managing financial records and filing systems effectively.
+ **Bookkeeping & Accounting Software:** Proficiency in accounting software like **QuickBooks** is often required.
+ **Data Entry Skills:** Ability to input data accurately and efficiently.
+ **Communication:** Good English and communication skills are important for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Ability to identify and help resolve discrepancies in financial records.
+ **Education:** Typically a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, with on-the-job training providing further accounting fundamentals.
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
