**Title:** Shipping Coordinator
**Location:** North Austin, TX
**Schedule:** M-F 7am-4pm
**Pay:** $21 an hour
Your mission
The Shipping Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their products quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition. This role is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, executing shipping processes in our systems, and ensuring quality checks are completed before orders leave the facility.
Key Responsibilities
+ Follow all safety and quality protocols during the packing and shipping process.
+ Receive finished products from production and verify quality against SOP standards.
+ Prepare and package orders, including labeling, wrapping, and boxing per procedure.
+ Generate customer cards, designer labels, and shipping documents using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud).
+ Ensure correct accessories (e.g., socks, inserts) are included per order specifications.
+ Accurately apply shipping labels and customs documentation when required.
+ Maintain shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify team lead when stock is low.
+ Place completed shipments on the correct conveyor or designated area for carrier pickup.
+ Support continuous improvement by reporting errors, inefficiencies, or improvement ideas.
Your profile
+ Required: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
+ Ability to follow detailed step-by-step instructions with accuracy.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Basic computer literacy (experience with shipping or ERP systems a plus).
+ Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
+ Physical ability to stand, lift, and move boxes during the shift.
+ Based in Austin or surroundings.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
