Social Services Coordinator – Senior Living
**Location:** Eugene, OR
**Job Type:** Full-Time | On-site
Adecco is partnering with a respected senior living organization in Tacoma, WA to hire an experienced and compassionate Social Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about working with older adults and dedicated to supporting their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Schedule & Compensation:
+ Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift, No Weekends)
+ Compensation: $25–$30 per hour BOE
Key Responsibilities:
+ Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
+ Advocate for resident needs through care planning and family communication
+ Coordinate support services and referrals to community resources
+ Monitor Medicare eligibility and ensure proper documentation
+ Support residents and families through transitions and crisis situations
+ Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and outside agencies
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field
+ 1–2 years of experience in a senior care, healthcare, or case management role
+ Knowledge of community resources and elder care best practices
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Social Services certification (preferred but not required)

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
