    Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator (Overnight Shift)

     

    Pay Rate:** **$20.00 per hour

     

    Schedule:** **Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

     

    Join Our Team as an Injection Molding Machine Operator

     

    Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a manufacturing career? We're looking for a **Machine Operator** to run and maintain a group of plastic injection molding machines on our overnight shift.

     

    You'll help ensure top-quality parts are produced safely and efficiently, while working as part of a team in a clean, organized, and technology-driven environment.

    What You'll Do:

    + Operate and monitor multiple injection molding machines.

    + Inspect finished parts for quality, color accuracy, and dimensions.

    + Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of tooling.

    + Package and label finished products accurately.

    + Record production data using SAP and real-time systems.

    + Work with automated equipment and robotics.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

    + Follow safety protocols, 5S standards, and work instructions.

    What We're Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot.

    + Basic math skills and experience with measurement tools.

    + Ability to read blueprints and understand quality standards (SPC).

    + Good communication and teamwork skills.

    + Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and work on your feet.
