Entry-Level Healthcare Fulfillment Assistant – Quick Hire!!

Responsibilities

+ Process new patient registrations and refill orders using automated systems.

+ Ensure accurate data entry of patient demographics and prescription details.

+ Resolve third-party insurance rejects by gathering information and resubmitting claims.

+ Operate automated machinery to sort, count, label, pack, and ship medications.

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and physicians to support prescription fulfillment.

Essential Skills

+ Eligibility for licensure as a pharmacy technician in Illinois.

+ Experience in prescription fulfillment, including counting, labeling, packing, and shipping.

+ Ability to resolve insurance claim issues and third-party rejects.

+ Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 25 WPM.

Work Environment

Shifts Available:

Mon–Wed: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (30 hours/week).

Other shifts: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
