    Job Title: Quality AnalystJob Description

     

    We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves assisting with internal audit preparations, especially for NADCAP audits, and managing nonconformance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting and be adept at using Excel.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with internal audit preparation for NADCAP audits.

    + Manage and address nonconformance issues.

    + Analyze the Quality Management System (QMS) to identify and address gaps.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with Excel and technical proficiency.

    + Background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.

    + Experience with NADCAP and ISO 9001 standards.

    + Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO audits.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Engineering Degree preferred.

    + Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing.

    + Desirable experience in welding.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of El Cajon, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
