• Enterprise Business Applications Manager

    ### Job Duties

    BDO Digital, LLC seeks Enterprise Business Applications Manager in Minneapolis, MN. Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HCM (Human Capital Management) and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting. Document existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted. Design and develop scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications. Support Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client. Monitor project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities. Supervise entry level consultants and senior consultants.

     

    Travel in the U.S. 10% of the time.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as an ERP Consultant, or related.

     

    Must have experience in each of the following skills: Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience; Business process analysis, design, and process flow; and Experience with ERP/CRM/HCM Solutions technology.
