About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal documentation and contract management, especially within the food and beverage or manufacturing industries. You’ll play a key role in supporting our legal operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining organized systems across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and compliance filings.
+ Coordinate and submit required state filings (e.g., annual reports, business qualifications).
+ Handle Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and monitor legal obligations across business units.
+ Maintain and organize the internal contract repository and ensure proper digital filing.
+ Assist with legal correspondence, demand letters, and breach notifications.
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes for business partners and vendors.
+ Liaise with internal departments such as Business Development, Owner Success, and Collections.
+ Manage legal systems and tools (e.g., DocuSign, ContractSafe, CreditSafe).
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
+ Experience with UCC filings and contract management is highly desirable.
+ Industry experience in food and beverage or manufacturing is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with legal systems and digital tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
