Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the initial call to project completion. You will work in a dynamic, high-quality, and high-service environment. Estimating and managing your own projects is required, along with a desire to help develop and maintain client relationships. The focus areas include tenant improvement/build-outs, ground-up/new construction, industrial/warehouse, restaurant & hospitality, medical/dental, and retail.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

+ Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.

+ Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

+ Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

+ Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in project management, construction, and construction management.

+ Proven skills in commercial construction, estimation, and project coordination.

+ Must be located in the Mpls/St. Paul Metro area.

+ Commercial General Contracting experience is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in ground-up and/or tenant improvement in commercial construction.

+ Ground-up restaurant experience is a significant advantage.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
