    We are seeking a skilled Architect to produce construction documents in Revit for large-scale, high-rise, mixed-use, and multi-family buildings. This role involves assisting with the production of schematic design and design development, coordinating with trades such as MEP, lighting, and transportation, and attending meetings with consultants. You will primarily focus on shell and core aspects and contribute to producing 3D models and photo-realistic renderings. The position offers direction and supervision under the Project Architect.

    Responsibilities

    + Produce construction documents in Revit for large-scale projects.

    + Assist with schematic design and design development.

    + Coordinate with trades including MEP, lighting, and transportation.

    + Attend and contribute to meetings with consultants.

    + Focus on shell and core elements of projects.

    + Help produce 3D models and photo-realistic renderings.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor or Master of Architecture.

    + Proficiency in Revit.

    + 3+ years of experience in architecture.

    + Ability to produce construction documents in Revit and possess design capabilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD is a plus.

    + Licensure is not required.

    Work Environment

    The position offers a dynamic work environment with a full-time schedule of 4 days in-office and 1 day work-from-home option. Contract or contract-to-hire employees are expected to work 5 days in-office until conversion, with the policy subject to evaluation after one month. The office, located on Michigan Ave, features an open concept with a full kitchen and lake views. The team of around 50 professionals focuses on office buildings, corporate headquarters, hotels, cultural, governmental, higher education, and mixed-use projects.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, Illinois.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.86/hr.
