    Job Title: CMM Programmer

    Job Description

    A growing manufacturing team is seeking a detail-oriented CMM Programmer to support quality assurance and precision measurement processes. This role involves programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and verify the dimensional accuracy of parts and components.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or Calypso.

    + Perform dimensional inspections on first-piece, in-process, and final parts.

    + Analyze measurement data and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and GD&T standards.

    + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

    + Maintain and update inspection documentation and job instructions as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.

    + Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.

    + Solid understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus. Pay is flexible to 40-42/HR

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a lab shop area within a growing private company. The company offers plenty of room for growth.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
