    Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    Responsibilities

    + Develop, evaluate, and improve processes for production efficiency and quality.

    + Troubleshoot process and tooling issues on the production floor.

    + Design and specify tooling and equipment for new and existing parts.

    + Work with Quality and Production teams to reduce scrap and downtime.

    + Analyze production data and recommend improvements.

    + Assist with machine setup procedures and process documentation.

    + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

    + Support new product development and process validation.

    + Collaborate with customers and vendors on technical requirements and improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Minimum 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

    + Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar).

    + Knowledge of lean manufacturing, SPC, and root cause analysis.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    The work environment involves working closely with various teams to ensure high-quality production.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
